location and price.
This hotel is simply old and in need of updating. The room appeared as clean as it relativley could be.. When carpeting is this old.. you can vacum all you want and the carpet will still appear to be dirty... Tubs can be clean but when the enamel is chipping away.. it appears to be dirty.. For the price is surved its purpose in a pinch ! Side Note: The hotel did NOT have our reservation information from Booked.net . There were rooms available so it turned out ok but that could have been a real issue had the hotel actually been full !!
Value for money Location - short distance to Convention Center and Rose Garden Arena
The staff were all great.
The smell, the linens, Windows don't open,
The Location. Right bye the Light rail.
It Felt dingy.
Excellent location for a visit to Portland. Not too near the centre to be noisy, but only 10 minuets into the centre by excellent light rail. The hotel is situated in a very nice area just above the the river and with nearby parks to walk in.The rooms are a good size with big beds.
Very basic. Not the best of hotels. The facilities are somewhat limited.
This hotel is located right next to the Max line.
My room was a bit dirty.
The smoking from the non-smoking guests next door - the staff were prompt at addressing this
Time for a complete re-build.
The room is clean and large. The hotel is near the subway station, very easy to find.
The room is too gloomy, fortunately it becomes better with the curtain open; the room where I live is near the road, the subway train makes much noise in the early morning and the late night. Do not recommend it if you have some sleeping problem.
Good hot shower. Room was noisy all the time. Staffs are OK. Room was not neat. I would rather stay in a motel one block away from MAXline,
convenient to downtown. Free parking and close to transportation. Room itself was good and although it was a designated no-smoking room it had an odor that suggested it had been smoked in. I would stay here again.
Hotel in serious need of an upgrade. Elevators, public areas needed a good clean
Convenience to downtown and Lloyd center
balcony door did not shut all the way so I got street sounds 24/7; found condom wrappers on floor behind side table; right on streetcar lines with regular noise from them; loose trim in bathroom; showerhead too low.
Room not fully cleaned, rips and stains on rugs & furniture, limited ac control
Beds hard, no refrigerator, no fan in bath.
Convenience to the max train.
Our bathroom was dirty, and the room smelled bad.
